3:30:Team Pictures
4:00: Set-up Volunteers arrive to assist in set-up
4:30: Players & Coaches arrive to begin warm-up / practice
– Field 1: Chargers @ Packers (Home team wears dark jersey)
– Field 2: Lions @ Bengals (Home team wears dark jersey)
– Field 3: Steelers @ Bears (Home team wears dark jersey)
5:25: Announcements from Commissioner, Team Introductions & National Anthem
5:30: Game(s) Start!
– Report to your assigned field for practice
6:30 (End of Game) : Help clean-up & put any equipment used in appropriate storage location. Each Team takes care of “Tear Down” of their field so help from volunteers would be very much appreciated!
