- Flag Football will be holding their first practice day starting at 4:30. Just want to give all of you a heads up to expect parking to be tight. To help compensate for our limited parking we will have the tackle teams staggered for their pictures:
- 3:30: 8th (be ready by this time to start taking the pictures)
- 4:00: 5th
- 4:30: 7th
- 5:00: 6th

- All final product pictures will be on a virtual background & all team pictures will also be assembled that way so there is no physical “Team Picture”. That means, if the allotted time does not work for you, then you can show up at anytime the photographer is there to get your picture taken. Here is the process:
1: Arrive at the facility and have your athlete dress in full game gear (except helmet).
2: Get in line for picture inside clubhouse
3: Find your “picture card”. I gave Harmann the rosters and they made a card for each individual player… which is also tied to your team and used to assemble the team pictures.
4: Take pictures. They will ask for a special pose picture to be used for the “Attitude Posters” so be ready with which pose your athlete would like to do. Examples will be on a board while your athlete is waiting in line for the picture.
5: Exit through the back door & return equipment to locker room.
PLEASE NOTE: Our Game Jerseys still have not arrived; however, Fox Valley Embroidery ensured they will be here before Wednesday. We may need to add a step in the beginning to collect your gameday jersey. Please be patient with the process.

FYI… if you miss Wednesday’s pictures then you will have to make arrangements with Harman to get your picture taken in the Harman Studio by calling them and working with them directly on a time. Here is their number: 920‑983‑6600.
