Coaches – Since your team may take pictures separately based off of time of arrival… please coordinate which color jersey your team is going to wear prior to your teams picture day

Harmann Studios will be taking the pictures in the clubhouse so we will be doing them rain or shine. Here is how the picture day works for the Chiefs:
1) You arrive with jersey and shorts on (flag belt is not required).
2) Enter Clubhouse.
3) Find your child’s “card” that has their name on it.
4) Have them look at the pose sheet to choose a pose.
5) Get in line for pictures.
6) Hand card to photographer when it’s their turn. 6) Take picture(s).
7) Exit clubhouse.

All of the pictures are done in front of a screen so what they do is use a virtual background for the final product. I provided Hartman Studios with the rosters so then they use photoshop to create the team pictures.

This is the second year we have done it this way and it works out great :) So if your child get’s done at 3:40 from school… no worries, just have them enter the clubhouse and follow the process outlined above.

I modified the times for the games slightly by 30 minutes to accommodate the extra time it takes for pictures so we don’t have to rush in an effort to make it a good experience.
